Staying active during the midwestern winters can be a challenge especially when you are greeted with inches upon inches of snow, in addition to subzero temperatures and wind chills. The motivation to take a walk outside, or even trudge through the snow to the gym becomes almost non-existent and you may find yourself wishing you could bring the gym to you instead of you to it….and now you can.
An in-home court can be the perfect place to shoot a few hoops, play 2 on 2 with your friends, or even do that interval workout you have been meaning to do for a while to stay active amidst the midwestern winter. Traditionally constructed to accommodate for a basketball court, indoor courts can also accommodate for a number of sports such as volleyball, racquetball, tennis, and more.
As with any custom features in your home, you will work exclusively with our design team to design the court you have always imagined in your home. It is crucial that in designing your own court or home gym, that you plan it out in a way that will accommodate exactly for the sports you are hoping to play. You will be able to select from a variety of colors and materials in addition to the lighting, nets, hoops, or any other sporting equipment for your court to provide you with an excellent quality, safe, and low maintenance court in your home. If a traditional court doesn’t suit your fancy, you can also work with our design team to outfit your home with an exercise room for those weight benches and other things you may want in your home
Great question! We will be featuring an indoor court in our Bayfield Model in Lake Ridge Crossing in the 2019 Spring Parade of Homes which runs March 2-31, 2019. Find it here.
