Our 2-1 Buydown allows you to enjoy lower monthly mortgage payments for the first two years of your loan, keeping some extra cash in your pocket so you can do the things new homeowners want to do, like purchasing new furniture and turning your house into your home.
A 2-1 buydown is a type of financing that lowers the interest rate on a mortgage for the first two years before it rises to the regular, permanent rate. We offer a rate two percentage points lower during the first year and one percentage point lower in the second year. After the two years, your rate goes to the permanent rate at which you bought at.

It has been four months since we have moved into our home and I cannot put into words how thankful we are that we built with Creative. We really had a great home building experience with Creative. Our home was completed on schedule and they worked closely with us on every aspect of the project. Our site supervisor was incredible – he was catching things before we even noticed them and had them remedied quickly and to our standards. Overall, we would highly recommend Creative and would build with them again in the future.
I really enjoyed the weekly calls with the builder. It made me feel like I knew what progress was happening during the build, and really set a tone of trust with the builder that I wasn't expecting. I found those conversations, even when very short, to be extremely helpful in staying calm during the build process.
