Since the onset of the pandemic, the price of lumber has skyrocketed to over three times the price at the same point last year. We see record highs in lumber prices day after day.
With historically low interest rates creating a red-hot market and the cost of building materials consistently rising, Creative Homes has had to learn to operate in this new demanding, hectic time.
