Like many other builders, we had hoped that the increases in material costs and the delays of the last year would slow down, but they just haven’t.
We have truly had the greatest privilege of starting off this year adding so many of you to our Creative Homes family. As we move forward, we need to control the pace that we’re moving to guarantee the engaging, personalized experience that our team is so passionate to deliver. Because of the rapidly changing market, we will be working with each homebuyer personally to provide real-time financial implications of the changing market while working through any purchase agreement process.
