Creative Homes is listed among the Star Tribune's Top 200 companies, ranking #9 in the small companies category. This is the fourth year in a row Creative Homes has been named a Top Workplace!

The evaluation of the Top Workplaces is based on feedback provided in a survey completed by our team members earlier this year. The survey focuses on several areas that are factors in determining organizational health including, alignment, effectiveness, connection, engagement, management, leadership, compensation/training and diversity. The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
We are honored to be included in the list of Top Workplaces, especially since the results came from our very own team members. Time and time again Creative Homes' employees mention the fun culture and passion! Survey results of employees in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 showed a common theme of words including fun, team, and energy. The building process was so fun and easy; every week it was so exciting to see progress on our home. The design studio made for an easy experience when picking all the materials for our home. From start to completion, their attention to detail was phenomenal. Creative Homes has a solid team of experts and were always there to answer any question we would have. There is no doubt that I would recommend Creative Homes to anyone building a home.
Creative Homes put together our dream home! We were so nervous about the process and making the wrong decisions, but they were there to make everything turn out perfect. They went above and beyond to make our needs met!
