Of those housing units, 4,933 were single-family homes and 1,647 were townhomes or multifamily units. Lennar reported gross revenue at $1,023,106,199 for 1,383 single-family homes and 808 multifamily homes closed in the 2024 calendar year for a total of 2,191 units.
