Another awesome block party in our WRB community of New Richmond! This year over 120 people came out to have some fun with neighbors, friends and family. Every year the party gets bigger and bigger as new homeowners move into the community. 
One of our happy homeowners sent in these photos and said, "These are the only pictures we captured because we were having too much fun!"
This neighborhood has such a strong a great sense of community. There's always something fun going on whether it's for kids, adults, or both. Located in the New Richmond School District and just moments from all kinds of awesome nature scenes including Willow River State Park.

Our home turned out beautiful. I could go on and on but I will just add that I am extremely happy we chose Creative Homes as our builder and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering building a home!
