Creative Homes is a realtor-friendly home builder dedicated to supporting real estate professionals in providing an exceptional, customer-centered experience. We welcome realtor partnerships and are open to all forms of payment to ensure smooth, seamless transactions.
Realtors must register their clients online at www.creativehomes.com. Registration includes: Clients full name, Realtor and clients contact information (phone and email), Copy of the signed Buyers Agreement
Registration Window: Realtors have 24 hours from the time their client first contacts Creative Homes. If a realtor fails to register the client within this 24-hour window, they will not be contractually part of the purchase agreement, and Creative Homes will not pay any commissions related to the sale. Realtors should attend the first visit to Creative Homes with their buyers in person to ensure proper registration.
Customer-Centered Experience: Once the client is registered, Creative Homes will ensure all home-buying updates, new listings, and home status information are sent directly to the customer. Realtors are encouraged to maintain communication with the customer while Creative Homes provides timely, accurate information regarding the home-buying process.
Customer Communication & Updates: Creative Homes will send direct updates to the customer on home progress, new developments, and appointment schedules, ensuring they are always informed about their home-buying journey. Realtors are encouraged to assist their clients by staying engaged with Creative Homes’ updates, but all communications will prioritize the customer’s needs first.
